There should be no problem with taking both at the same time.

You can relieve the sinus symptoms using a home remedy: This means DRUG-FREE. The medicines will wipe you out nevertheless follow your doctor's advice.

That said, if you still have sore sinuses after taking the augmentin, try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). This is much better than a minor amount you get using a mist spray.

The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot

You can do this a often as you like with no side effects.

You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. If you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis.

The two can be taken together; see the link pasted below it is a testimonial from someone who had both prescribed; although they can be used together, it is smartest to get a prescription or speak to a pharmacist if using generic (over the counter) diflucan just to be sure there are no side effects...

Can you call a pharmacy? All pharmacists are highly trained in drug interaction precautions regardless of whether you bought your medication there or not.
Geesh cant make a long distance call to a 24 hour walgreens in another state.
Here are the only drug interactions for diflucan...

your best bet would be too look in your phone book under the hospitals usually the white pages and call the ask a nurse.. i have never had augumentin give me a yeast infection been on it many times for sinus infections. i wouldnt take the difflucan with out seeing a doctor or talking to one first. go into an er or urgent care on base depending on where you located its still open, here where we are stationed it closes at 10pm

Yes, you can take Diflucan simultaneously with Augmentin.

Just call a pharmacist and they can tell you if it's okay to take them together but I don't think it's a big problem to take them together.
