Is it because you are hungry? or is it a craving? your body will trigger cravings when the body is lacking something like sugar or starch. Cravings can also be part of association like wanting pop corn because you are watching a movie. Lick the dough nut and throw it and the other 15 away this is one way to get away from being a fatty fofo. Just keep in mind before it goes into the mouth is this food contributing any nutritional value to my diet, if not then do not consume.

Get a hold of yourself! You are out of control. It is all about self control. You control yourself. What, you want to wait until you give yourself diabetes and then the doctor will be controlling you with insulin? It is better that you control yourself rather than having someone that you don't even know dictating your life to you. All things in moderation. As of right now you can have only have 1 donut per month! That's it. After that, anytime that you have a craving for a donut go for a long walk and not past the donut shop. Don't beat yourself up, we all have our indulgences whereby we over eat sometimes.

Sounds as tho you have a mineral deficiency, and need to stabilize your blood sugar levels. Chromium piciolate may help you. It can be found in any health food store, and the spice cinnamon, is also a stabilizer. Not the candy, but the kitchen spice, try a sprinkle on your regular food several times a day. It is important that you stop the intake of all this grease and sugar, as it is very damaging to your body. If you have a need to chew on something, try raw carrots, they are sweet, and a lot better for you. Best wishes

You probably eat doughnuts because your spleen has "overshot".
Here's how it works.
You eat two doughnuts. Being mostly simple sugar, they FLOOD your bloodstream with sugar. your spleen says "Dude, that's a LOT of sugar - I'm going to have to send lots of insulin" and it does.
The Insulin finish off the sugar quickly, and are still hungry. They eat EVERY bit of sugar in your blood, which is not what your body wants. Your blood CRIES out for more sugar, to get back up to where it wants to be. So, you eat more doughnuts, because deep inside your briain, it knows that doughnuts are about the fastest way to replenish the sugar supply in your blood. It's a vicious circle.

Did you eat them all at once? Over what period of time? You must be a pretty big guy to eat 16 and still be hungry!
