Physically about 18 but Spiritually/Socially etc about 25. I am 24 and I know that sometimes I make decisions based on my emotions not logic and I have NO impulse control. But I guess it is different for everyone!

it depends on the person.. when the person becomes responsible with his/ her actions and know the consequences of each, then he/ she is considered an adult..
