i m 22 yrz old and i m not enjoying my job and life much here and i want to see canada i want to work and earn hard and i havee work experience . so plz tell me the fastest and easiest way to work and llive in canda tell me the requirementz..i be w8ing.

Where are you now? You could check the consulate for your country and see if there are any special visas you can get to work here. Like from Australia apparently you can get what's called a working holiday visa, where you can come here and work for a year on vacation, but then you'd have to start proper procedings from there.
If you go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.html you should find lots of information, but it's hard to get around the site. (Not sure what the best way to search is yet, and I've been looking at it for 6 years!!)

It's Simple, You can't live in Canada, or Work in Canada Without landed immigrant status. You must apply for immigration while you are living in your country.
Contact a Canadian Embassy in your country for an application and the rules surrounding immigration.
If you qualify, It will take 2-3 years to get your papers (permission to move to Canada and Work)
