Will any Naruto movies come out in english in the U.S?

Most likely Yes, they will.
The huge response that the FMA movie got should prove to them that anime movies are good profit. As well as the InuYasha movies have shown that as well.
But US lisencing won't be for a bit as they have only gone so far in the dub episodes. Try maybe for the end of this year or next year. But it won't be soon.
