It can't if the person who ejaculated it is healthy. Although, just seeming healthy is not good enough, I mean to the blood cell level where AIDS and other STDs can be present that have no side effects until after a period of time that varies by person.
I would suggest testing for STDs done by both you and your partner. However, other than the fact that you can get diseases, there is no way that healthy sperm can kill you.

Well, there are many sexually transmitted diseases. Yes, sperm can kill you. But then again can't anything pretty much kill you - if it is done in excess?

well u gotta look at it like this doesnt it come from a gun and shoot out. sounds like a bullet to me. my suggestion make sure when u have sex you wear your helmet, and a bullet-proof vest, better safe than sorry
