Yes, Mathematics is a language.
No, It is a language only for the here and now,
..not a universal language.

Yes I do consider it a language. Have you ever heard two mathematicians Talking out a problem? Universial yes. This also is a language that I know nothing about. Iam totally lost to my dismay.
