Decimal columns

first number after the decimal: tenths
2nd number after the decimal: hundredths
3rd number after the decimal: thousandths
4th number after the decimal: ten thousandths

So. Twenty-two ten thousandths is two thousandths plus two ten thousandths. You fill in the thousandths place with a 2 and the ten thousandths place with a 2, fill in the rest with zeroes and it looks like this:

.0022

Add the 14 to the front, which I forgot to do (editing now, oops) and it looks like this:

14.0022

Question 2. 2/3 is .666666666666....repeats forever.
So the fraction would be 2/3.

Question 3. 0.00672 / 0.08

Multiply both the top number and the bottom number by 100

and you get 0.672/8

8 into 0.672 is 84.

Send payment to the American Cancer Society, please; as they were very nice to me when I called them up and cried *sniff sniff*.
