If you meant no added inorganic fertilizers, then there are plenty. The brand would depend where you live. But if you ask for Organic Garden Soil from your local nursery or garden supply store, they will recommend many brands and those are the soils that would have no added inorganic fertilizers.

In our area, we have Peaceful Valley Organic Soil as a brand.

But if you meant that the soil has no nutrients at all, then the only "soil" that I know not to contain nutrients would be decomposed granite. Even sand would contain some nutrients, but not decomposed granite.

I like Genesis Organic, its 100% pure compost. Not rotting food in your back yard. True compost produces enough heat to keep it sanitary and doesn't smell. That's what Genesis Organic is - its made in my home town, that's how I know.
