i like halo but i also like playing final fantasy...which one will have better games?

If you don't like games get the PS3, it is great for a cheap Bluray player, also it has a superior multimedia group. However if you actually like video games get the 360, it has and will continue to have great games. If you really, really like games and don't care about stupid add on HD DVD formats and compiling massive archives of pictures to send to strangers you met in online frag fests get a WII. People who love texting and bragging love PS3, people who like games and a well built system buy 360, people who love games and simply want the best in innovative gaming get the WII. I own them all and make my own claims.

That depends on weather you want to play good video games now or later. The Xbox 360 has been out for over a year now and has a wide variety of good games to play on their console. Right now the PS3 has come out of the gate very slow with not many quality games to play. The PS3 definitely has the power under the hood with it's high definition graphics and the addition of being able to play blue-ray disc movies. Final Fantasy XII has just been released a few months ago so there probably will not be a FF XII on the PS3 for a while. On the other hand I here that Halo 3 will be on the market soon. Oh heck, just a get Nintendo Wii it's cheaper and wait for the PS3 to build a library of good games then get a PS3. That's what i'm doing :)

There is absolutly no doubt you should by an XBOX 360.
PS3 is expensive, and there are no good games except maybe lair, final fantasy, and Extinction
Xbox has great online playing, great games including gears of war, rainbow six vegas, lost planet, halo 3, crackdown, and Grand Theft Auto.
Get a 360

If money is not an option then buy both. I have all three next-gen consoles and they all have their strengths and weaknesses. Ignore the PS3 doomsday people because the 360 had a rocky start and it took almost 6 months to start rolling out quality titles.
The 360 has a lot more titles if you are going for quantity. XBOX has some great titles like Dead Rising, Gears of War, Lost Planet, etc. PS3 will eventually start rolling out some awesome titles, we will see.

xbox 360. the ps3 is too expensive for a gaming console. The ps3 is going to be in last place out of all the new consoles.

I say this because I'm a fan of rpgs and I like the franchises already established on Sony PlayStation such as: Metal Gear Solid, Suikoden, Final Fantasy, GTA, and many more.

i have 3 consoles: xbox360 ps2 and n64, they are the 3 best in my opinion if you buy a ps2 for cheap you could play ff and xbox or 360 to play halo

i would suggest the xbox 360 not only is it more affordable but in my opinion it has better games
