Tokoloshi, if you have not already discovered, you are wasting your breath trying to reason with certain American mindsets.
I am not astounded or even in least surprised, having approximately 80 relatives living in the USA, and hand on heart, their combined world political IQ is that of an imbecile.

Political intelligence and 'political freedom' to the majority of these (majority republican), uneducated ignorant rednecks is simply placing an X or punching a card (and even then, unsuccessfully), every 4 years on a limited candidency ballot. Because they can do this every four years, their country/way of life, epitomises political freedom and liberty.

You would have far greater success teaching a gorilla the finer attributes of Beethoven's 9th Symphony or the inherent beauty in Da Vinci's Mona Lisa than reasoning with such a moronic electorate who are spoon fed their politics via media owned and operated by corporations with a vested interest in who runs their country.

God Bless America; But thank God I live elsewhere!

Why on earth would witchcraft be the 1st subject that ought to pop into your suggestions contained in the direction of somebody's messy, grimy abode?! good grief, Charlie Brown, what's incorrect with some human beings?! a grimy abode would point out an elderly individual who not can do what desires doing, a depressed individual who desires extra help than a hand with the grimy dishes, a individual with actual disabilities who will not be able to scrub the abode from, say, a wheelchair, or maybe in basic terms a undeniable previous lazy individual who overlooks the cobwebs in prefer of analyzing or maybe watching television. questioning of witches is in order that weird and wonderful that i'm close to speechless with astonishment at your question. as properly, as all of us comprehend, witches have by no skill existed and gods are make-have confidence. So why hassle dropping your existence on such silliness? help that damaging individual freshen up their place!

Possibly some of the silly questions you mentioned are coming from 'teens' - the group in society who want to know most but have yet to find out how to ask!

When we're still at school, much of what we think about is influenced by the world of the 'teens' and also by teachers. We have yet to experience the 'wider world or work' and probably have little or no contact with the older generation.

The most important thing to bear in mind always are the famous words of Oscar Wilde, who once said "Ignorance is bliss".

Ignorance and stupidity can be found in every country and every political colour.

I am beginning to think that Y/A is little more than a mutual masturbation society for the loony left

The vast majority of the answers are painfully ignorant. Its the LACK of good answers that is so frustrating. Hopefully plenty of smart people are out there, but choosing not to participate in this lowbrow mudslinging contest. Questions and answers are much better on non-political threads.

Its not so much the political ignorance but the narrow-mindedness or tunnel -vision of some is just unbelievable and a little bit scary.

What's so frustrating to me is - I don't think most of us would last a day in the White House, yet we accuse presidents of all kinds of crimes. If I even HINT at defending Bush, for example, I get multiple thumbs down. Not that I thinks he's right, but I wouldn't want to be in his shoes.
