dont it still has bugs which can make the security useless just be patient for a first beta

It is still in Alpha stage of testing, but it is now available for download for you to test it.

Just follow the instructions there. Here is the FTP site of Mozilla where Firefox 3 (codenamed Gran Paradiso) can be downloaded.

If you're still confused, go to the FTP site above, then click the folder win32/, click the en-US folder, & you should see the "Gran Paradiso Setup Alpha 1.exe"
