I have. Let me tell you. I was traumatized for about 3 days. I did feel a little better, a few days later. At the time I said I would never do it again. The woman who did it said that it wouldn't be so bad the next time. I don't know if I could do it or not. I know alot of people who do it all the time, and swear by it. Good luck.
