sometimes people "haunt" you because they or something about them is pointing you back to yourself, or it could be more literal-- what are you not "seeing" in your life? Might not have anything to do with that guy at all.

I believe that our Eyes are the Windows to our soul.
I cannot bet that you will see him again.
Desire works in funny ways. The more I wish to see someone, the chance I get of meeting up with him aren't too good.
Find out where he goes often, and try to catch him there. I cannot give you any more bet than that.
