i did get rid of one when i ran it what do i do or what can i do

Usually it means that the file the scanner needs to delete is already loaded into memory and running, so it can not be deleted.
Try booting the computer in Safe Mode. (Turn the computer on and immediately begin repeatedly pressing the F8 key until you get the Safe Mode option). When in Safe Mode, only the minimum files needed to Windows are loaded. This prevents spywares from being able to load and run, so then the scanner can clean them.
Reboot the PC to return to Normal Mode
If the spyware is still not removed, repost with the NAME of the spyware, and we can give you specific information for removing that spyware. Each one is different....

Do you have your system restore turned on?
Any spyware or virus you delete will put itself right back in place if you are using system restore on your machine.
Run your spyware program and antivirus program again, only this time turn off your sytem restore. When everything is finished and you have scanned again and gotten a nice clean computer, turn your restore back on.

Update your anti spy ware Probably it will find & delete. If not do it manually.Browse "C"- document & settings- click a folder by your or computers name - than click local settings - here delete content of temp & temporary internet files. You will get rid of mole in your PC.
