I had my interview on Friday, and they said it looks good but they will let me know for sure on Monday. Do you think this will be an okay job? I am an 18 year old girl in college. :)

I've worked for Target Headquarters in Minneapolis and felt they were a good company, good benefits. I had a great department and was happy with it. This was not in any Target stores, but at a call center for customer service.

I worked at Target when I was 16 until I was 19. I loved working there and advanced rapidly even though I was only working part time. Not sure if they still do this, but they even paid for my college books (up to $500) annually. Also they used to have this bonus program for their employees annually. They also rewarded my idea by implementing it nationwide.
One thing that wasn't good was that I had to stay until I was done (sometimes until 1 or 2am). I definitely suffered in school because of it. Also, I don't recall them paying very well. But I preferred it to working at the mall.
