how do u make mascara and liquid eyeliner??

my mascara is running out so i need a new one but i dont have any money right now and i need an eyeliner and mascara cuz i have to look good at skool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!

for eyeliner dip a eyeshadow brush in water and run it over the eyeshadow and use it liek regualr liquid eyeliner....but for teh mascara part idk so good luck with that

You can easily make liquid eyeliner. All you need is powder eyeshadow. Mix some water into it and use a thin brush to use it as eyeliner. and i dont think you can make mascara.

i'm not sure how to make mascara?? but i'm guessing if you got all the ingredients it would cost more than it would to go to the drugstore and pick up a mascara for a couple bucks ... if your really stretched for cash - i think i've seen some mascara at the 99 cent store .... hope this helps .. sorry i don't have a recipe for you ..

if Ur a Indian u can buy katika and keep to Ur eyes it is so much cheaper it cost only 2rs
