Anna Nicoles mother..... what is she thinking or is she?

Question

How could she be so selfish as to want to bury estranged daughter in texas away from her son and how could she have the nerve to apeal the decision that the judge ordered? I think is looking for ways to make money off of her dead daughter.

I guess I see it in a different way. Daniel her son was not a resident of the Bahamas, he was only visiting when he died. And Stern and Smith went to the Bahamas to avoid paternity issues with Birkhead.

As I see it, Stern doesn't have a job, is about to get evicted fromt he place he's in, has lost his meal ticket, and will probably wind up moving back to the states anyway. There are also pending criminal investigations in California and the Bahamas on him.
So what difference does it matter whether Anna Nicole is buried with her son in Texas or somewhere else in the states?

It costs 10,000 and a passport to go to the Bahamas. How can any of Anna Nicole's family let alone her daughter later afford to go to her mother's and brother's graves later on ?

The money from Anna Nicole's ex husband , J. Howard Marshall isn't guaranteed; it is still going to be litigated for years to come. Anna Nicole only won the right to have the case continue to be heard in lower courts again. She didn't win any money.

And as for that leech Howard Stern, don't get me started on him. He used Anna Nicole and profited from her videos and pictures as well as pimping her to anyone for favors. I wouldn't want him anywhere near my daughter, deceased or otherwise.

Virgie Arthur took a magazine reporter to Daniel's unmarked grave ; and then did the same a few days ago when she took the court room break to view Anna in the morgue . The reporter she rode with was from the same magazine who had a helicopter in the air overhead during that morgue visit . She is thinking dollar signs . What a piece of work . She makes my skin crawl . How anyone could run her dead daughter down.. on TV ..while she is the cause of Anna's body rotting . What goes around comes around in life and she is making her own bad karma .
After her attorney went on TV last night and referred to Daniel's body as" just another creature ", when Larry King said Daniel would be all alone if Virgie took Anna to Texas - a grieving mother would have fired the jerk and got on with the funeral in the Bahamas . Virgie , nor her attorneys have any respect for the dead . No wonder Anna distanced herself from mommy dearest .

Virgie Arthur has not wanted to do anything with her daughter since the age of 18 when Anna Nicole Smith starting working at a strip club in Texas, where she met her eventual husband J Howard Marshall. Marshall died at thee age of 90 only one year after they got married. Since then Anna Nicole Smith has fought for her last husband's fortune which is totaled at over 475 billion dollars. Only three days after the death of Anna Nicole Smith (February 8th, 2007) Virgie was bad mouthing about her late daughter on national television. Virgie only wants the body so she can cremate it or ruin it another form or fashion. Virgie has never loved Anna, she just doesn't have the courage to say it.

I can't stand Anna Nicole's mother because of the way she treated Anna, the things she had Anna do to get away from her, and all of her recent actions. I'm glad somebody finally saw what I was saying about her mother making money off of Anna. She couldn't make money off of Anna when she was alive and now she's trying to do it in death. I think her mother wants her buried in Texas so she could have people pay to visit Anna's gravesite - she would do that; she looks evil.

This is a sad attempt to bring her daughter close to her now. It's too late Virgie! The woman has lied all last week. Who is paying for the lawyers, the hotels, the plane tickets. And if she does get custody of Anna's remains it will cost a lot of money to fly the body to Texas for burial. Anna's wishes should be honored.

Anna offered a plot next to Daniel for a reason, to be buried next to him! Her mom, (in accordance to Anna) became abusive and advise to her and Anna did not pick some thing to do with her. i imagine $$$ is the genuine rationalization for Virlie desiring Anna's body in Texas, and NO she ought to no longer win her charm.

I am curious as to what she can possibly win her appeal on. You are right, I think if she can win the appeal she'll try and make more money then she has(not??) made already. I honestly think Larry cares about the child and possibly HKS does. Obviously LB is the biological father but HKS is legal father under Bahama's laws. They should just bury her next to her son, let LB raise his daughter and forget everything else.

I think you are right...I can understand why Anna Nicole did not like her mother...that is awful to be sooo selfish and want her daughter buried in Texas...and NOT next to her son...i AM GLAD THE JUDGE DECIDED...AND she had mentioned to people that she wanted to be buried next to Daniel......i hope she finally gets some peace...

I disagree. I think as a mother she does not want her daughter buried so far from home, in a foreign place. I don't think it has anything to do with the money. But if it were me, I would let her be buried in the bahamas since her son is there, and since she lived there. She must of liked it there, and probably would want to be buried there. I don't think I would drag this issue on at all, bury her SOMEWHERE and move on.

Anna's mother is same like Anna to her son..They are living illegal in Bahamas. She need daughter here and her son, too. If all think she made money way not she is a family but H.Stern not. And the layer (lawyer stern) made money to use her.
