Walk. Walk everywhere. Walk all the time, walk around your block and walk, walk, walk. And carry water with you. You don't need to run, or jog, just walk.
Drink only water, 1 cup of juice and one cup of milk a day.
Eat only rice or sweet potatoes or regular potatoes, for a total of 2 cups during the day (you spread it out, same with the following. You an use spices, but not butter, only olive oil or vinegar for flavour and cooking)
and squash, 1 cup,
broccoli and/or peas and/or green beans, 1 cup
cabbage and/or brussel sprouts, 1 cup
carrots and/or onions, 1 cup
EAT all of those veggies, and
6 oz of red meat - or fresh fish
All the fruit you want, but be sensible
2 crackers with peanut butter and jam OR
1 piece of toast with peanut butter and jam as your snack, once a day only.

I really doubt that it's humanly possible to lose that much weight in so little time. Like others have said, eat smaller portions of meals. Eat breakfast because it starts your metabolism burning calories early in the day. Eat healthier things, start running or doing some other cardiovascular exercises. Good luck!

Eat alot of proteins (helps to build muscles when working out) less carbs. More Water and salads without dressing.

ok, that is almost immpossible. but i did lose 5 lbs this week by running a mile every day and doing crunches. Give up junk food, and fast food for a while. i gave up chocolate and pop for lent so that helped me. good luck!!! :-)
p.s. drink lots of water, it washes out all the bad stuff....dont eat between meals.

only eat fruits and veggies and drink alot of water. when you feel hungry drink tea.
i know a lady who lost 20 pounds in 2 wk by only eating cabbage soup...

eat less, just eat fruits and drink plenty of water.
go swimming daily, maybe 20 laps.
Or do running for an hour daily.

well,
ONLY eat when you FEEL the need to, and dont overstuff yourself,
beware of carbs, sugars, fats, hidden sugars (anything that ends in "Dextrin", etc.)
and drink plenty of water, and EXCERCISE
