Hi ...
I have an Acer LCD computer screen i just bought.
But i cant seem to make the brigtness and contrast to be just right, it always seems to be either very dark or very bright....
Can someone give me some tips or how to do it properly so it wont damage my eyes ?

Put your glasses on, you are pressing the wrong buttons.

Just kidding, calibrating a monitor is very subjective. what looks good to someone looks terrible to someone else, light in the room, light bouncing off the walls, even the time of day and how lng you've been at your screen cause problems.

didnt yu have little instruction manual with it, cos they all seem to be differnt to me.
