if you dont know what a charge back is just watch the documentary. every penny by the americans spent on iraq will be charged back to the iraqis. when the US invaded iraq the poor iraqis were still paying the gulf war expenses.

Since when was it preemptive? It was a blatant offensive attack on a country in an important geographical part of the world. Very suitable for the USA to put bases in. And it has resources. Plus Israel wanted it destroyed. It's a nice place to invade Iran from. It neighbours Afghanistan, another important country, fought over by Britain and Russia for decades. It controls the Caspian. It makes clear the intent of the Zionist run USA government to be the sole super power in the world.
