The three best universities in the US for Hotel Management are Cornell University, University of Michigan and University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Cornell is a great university and MSU is an excellent public university. UNLV isn't that great a school overall -- but it should be obvious why their hotel and restaurant school is highly regarded.

I went to Coastal Carolina University in conway sc but now I go to the University of South Carolina, if you want a list of schools etc. go here http://www.petersons.com I am a hotel/ restaurant, tourism management major. CCU has a good program and its 9 miles from myrtle beach which is the IT spot during the summer its so much fun and its a tourist area. Also while your in college do the Disney College Program at least once. Once you do that program ANYONE will hire you to do an internship. I know this guy who did the Disney college program and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas hired him to do a summer internship this summer. I havent done it yet but Im going to. You should go to a community college first to get all your general credits out of the way and then transfer to a 4 year school. to take the rest of your classes that pertain to your major.
