No navels is a good answer. If you believe in Creationism.

If you believe in Darwinism it would come down to defining "human".

You would determine the genetic markers that determine homo sapien vs. some ancestral ape, then you would carbon date the remains and compare the age to all other archeological finds to determine that they are the "oldest homo sapien".

But saying that just because the remains of an ancient couple was found in a cave together doesn't mean it IS Adam and Eve. It just means everytime you find an older sample a religious zealot is going to pop up saying "this time its Adam, Eve, or both". No wait a minute, it's this time ... ad nausium.

Since Adam and Eve were the first persons and no one had invented a shovel yet ... uhhhhhhhh ... who WOULD bury them?

What in hell are your reading??? or smoking?

I think you have confused a bunch of things together....like they found a couple buried together in an archaelogical site in Italy which was the first double burial they have discovered -- and they were buried such that it looked like they were just lying in bed together.

But only an IDIOT would think or even suggest that any bodies found anywhere were those of Adam and Eve. Like, get real, how would anyone know WHO they were? Did they have a sign saying "here lies Adam and Eve"?

Don't waste what little brain on things like this!!! Even if you had used a little bit of thought, you would realize what a silly question this is.

Their watches stopped at the time of death and we were able to see the date. It actually read 12:43pm 2/7/5027BC.
Actually Standing Firm is correct. The archaeologist that discovered them named them Adam & Eve, but they are not the Adam & Eve of the bible.

Oh brother. How gullible have we become?
How could they identify these corpses or mummies as Adam and Eve, when Adam and Eve were not specific individuals (such as Napoleon or Kennedy). These two people were created by ancient writers as mythological symbols representing the first humans.

the well-liked human has been like us for roughly 30-50 thousand years, earlier that they have been possibly extra furry. The inhabitants replaced into basically approximately 4000, and curiously adequate, genetics practice that we are all descended from one male of that inhabitants. So there replaced right into a genealogical "adam".

I don't believe that, God wants the dead buried, i'm sure when adam and eve died, they were buried. People at that time did what God said to do.

They surmised it was Adam and Eve because the woman had, what appeared to be an apple core, shoved up her rectum.
