Yes agree with with above. They may let you use a debit card but will put a $250.00 hold on the cash in there to secure the rental, Or you might as well just use cash and the utilities. Good luck! And take the damage waiver insurance if it's only for a day or two!

Hertz will...but they run a credit check on your card and charge you like 50 dollars a day for being under 25. Enterprise will rent for less, but requires a credit card or utility bills and proof of payment.
