for one.. do you have verizon or verizon wireless.. cause that will tell you what web site to go to.. most likely you have verizon wireles... anyway.. whenever you get your bill it tells you everthing about your plan down the side.. oh and if you go to your acct on vzw.com then it will show you everything there.. you can also change it to... also.. if you do call in someone could tell you..
just so you know verizon is landline phones and dsl crap like that.. vzw(Verizon Wireless) is cell phones and broadband internet..

you can go on www.verizonwireless.com and log into your account. If you recently got your cell phone, the "verizon workers" should have given you a "booklet" of some sort so you can read all about Verizon Wireless, your phone, and services they give you. I would check online.
