well in native american cultures some people who have become very in touch with their animal totems and such have been known (by legend - never seen it though) to be able to shape shift. And there is a man still living today who is a werewolf. well -- he is as hairy as anydog, maybe even hairier... it's a disease.

wellllll.........some wiccans ( its a type of religion) believe that people can shape shift and that everyone has inner powers or something...i dont know to much about it ...my friends a Wiccan but she doesnt talk about it that much so thats all i know
