Dairy lobby. Dairy/farm Subsidies

I don't know how healthy eggs are but milk and cheese are loaded with saturated fat and cholesterol. Does WIC offer any kind of soy milk? What if the kids are lactose intolerant? I find it interesting how countries with the highest dairy consumption also have the highest rate of osteoporosis. Maybe dairy isn't as healthy as we think.

It's not as unhealthy as others would have you think (except maybe the milk, unless it's organic). Cheese and eggs in moderation are very good for you, and a great source of calcium and other vitamins.

They are all foods, and there's no such thing as healthy or unhealthy food. One should make sensible choices, and overdoing your cholesterol intake is not a good idea, but eggs contain a near-perfect protein, and dairy products have definite positives. It makes no more sense to avoid these foods altogether than it does to overindulge.

WIC doesn't give people milk, cheese and eggs. They give them to infants. Since when are these products unhealthy and since when are we worried about low-fat products for infants?

Hahahaha well maybe if you get tired of it you will go back to your homeland and eat tacos. You do put cheese on your tacos dont you? You could sell all that unhealthy food that you complain about for free over here and make a forturne. Until they get you for cheese smuggling, at the border.

Milk, cheese and eggs are healthy in moderation.
What isn't healthy is candy, over sweeten breakfeast food.

WIC is for people think that don't know it better to drink milk than soda.
