I didn't hear that she got a tatoo on her head--I thought she got tatooed on her wrist and her hip. Who knows why she did what she did--I am sure there is a lot more to the story than any of us will ever know.

No. She shaved her head then got a tattoo on her waistline. I really don't see the big deal. So she shaved her head. Her hair looked very damaged anyway. She dyed and weaves it so many times she probably ruined it. As for the tattoo, people get them everyday. I think the fact that she's in the public eye makes her look that much more strange. Think about it. If someone watched each and every thing you did you might look like a nut too. I'm not saying she doesn't look like she fell off her rocker but, She can't do anything without the world watching.

They say that she was on drugs real bad and thats the main part you can get tested for which is your hair. You do know that Kevin Federline is trying to take the kids by telling the police she was on drugs so she would shave the main thing that would send her to jail and take her kids.
