PLEASE PPL SOURCES!! SOURCES!! I know it's not the most intelligent question to ask but I need sources to back up what u guys say,(IT'S FOR DEBATE!)

We would no longer have a government watch dog to make sure taxes are paid as required by law.

I have no sources other than common sense. If we had no IRS, the gov would have no funds to operate this country. Think about it for a sec. No taxes, no gov, no military, no defense. Just a matter of time,,,no country. It doesn't take a rocket degree to figure out that you can't run a country on nothing.

Our troops would come home faster. Check out the portion
of taxes being allocated for "defence". One result of this
would be higher taxes on everything else to balance the
deficit and no way for the government to keep close tabs
on the population.

First off you will need to show your plan for collecting taxes some other way to support infrastructure before we're able to further discuss this issue. Also, why do you want to do it differently? What acronym would you change it to, and why?

i work for a law firm and there is no law that says that the people have to pay income tax, so i would say that if there was no more IRS then nothing would happen.

There would be no revenue. plain and simple.
how do you think the government gets their money?

Although Im all for politicians working for free, since thats what most of them deserve anyway.
But, who do you think would pay for all the social service programs,china?

there is nothing in the constitution that says you are required to pay income tax. 67 million people dont. FACT

then the united states government would come up with a new agency to screw it's citizen's........if you are a us citizen, I dont need to give you a source to support my answer, you are living it.
