I had sex on January 30th (the last day of the previous period) and the 18th. On the 21st, I had what I thought was a period (really light compared to my typical heavy cycle). On the 22nd and 23rd, I spotted lightly (not enough for a pad). Is it possible to have a period for one day or is it likely that I'm pregnant? I'm concerned because money has been tight the past few weeks and I have until friday before i get paid. I also am concerned because I have a cold and I'm scared to take any medicine. Please help with any advice.

It does sound like the bleeding would be a bit early for your period, unless you have a cycle that is not twenty eight days long. What you experienced could certainly be implantation bleeding. Check out this webpage, it might give you a hand with what you can take even if you are pregnant...

you could possibly be pregnant if you want to know before friday go to the hospital they should be able to do a pregnancy test or tell you if you could be hope this helps good luck

Did you take a pregnacy test? If i were you i would go to planned parenthood they will help you sweetie. Good luck!
