Is the "accelerator" upgrade feature offered by People pc dial up internet access worthwhile?

No matter how many accelerators or boosters that you add to your dial-up, it's still going to be slow by todays standards. You really should consider getting DSL or if you have cable TV look into adding Internet to your package.
