Your best bet would be to see a doctor. You might just have a soft tissue injury (which would heal itself in time) but there is no way of knowing without an exam. Also, you don't say how long ago this injury occurred nor do you mention an specific symptoms (if there are others) limiting the information that I might be able to provide for you.
