Oakland Raiders, 2-14. Worst Offense in the NFL.

I think that's a loaded question. If you look at record, then clearly it was the Oakland Raiders. But there is more to it than that. The Raiders had one of the best defenses this season, there offense just wasn't there. Look at a team like Detroit that has all the potential of a good team, but can never get it done. What about Tampa Bay? Or Cleveland? You can't just go by a teams record to decide the worst team.
With that said, my pick for worst team overall is the Miami Dolphins. They picked up Daunte Culpepper in the offseason, who wasn't completely healed and benched him a quarter of the way into the season. Then after it was all said and done, their coach lied to everyone and left!!! Who had Miami a game worse than Buffalo before the season started?
A close second? Houston!! Come on how do you pass on Reggie Bush?? Good luck with Mario Williams!!!

The Oakland Raiders by far, they had the worst offense, went 2-14. and have a QB with no talent at all (aaron brroks) there best player is LaMont Jordan and thats all they got.
