The best form would be a constitutional republic based on giving freedoms to those who respect others freedoms! Government's cannot control the people, only oppress them with tyranny and turn legal acts into illegal acts! Unfortunately many people today have lost sight of freedoms blessings! We are not free anymore. One of the biggest reasons our country is dropping in GDP per capita not because of corporations but because of big governments! The reps and dems don't offer this! ~ Libertarian

I really don't know why alpha 66 would want to be in Australia. Our prime Minister is George's deputy in the Pacific which impresses the Asian countries which are being abused by the USA and Australia no end. lololol
Our Johny, whose father was a fascist and who indoctrinated his son very well, is up George's backside that far that he has brown eyes.
To try and answer the question: when communities are small they can practically run themselves. At this time it is more difficult but there are many things we could do to improve things. We could have CIR's ( Citizen Initiated Referendums). It means that if a part of the population can ask the government to hold a referendum on an issue. We should be able to get rid of a politician at any time, not just at election time and without trouble if the cause is evident.. Politicians should get some money from us and campaign with that and not with millions donated by vested interests. It is ridiculous that a person can't be President of a country without millions if not billions having been spent. A politician should work for the good of all people. Drug use would not be possible without corrupted politicians, judges and cops.

Enlightened Despotism.

Think about it. Italy and Germany before World War Two were in an economic crisis. When Mussolini and Hitler rose to power, they carried their countries out of poverty and into a new modern age. They were fascists yes, and they did horrible things, but what if they weren't?

A dictator with a kind heart and the best intentions for humanity with that kind of power can do so much good in this world.

Libertarian Socialism,
This is a group of political philosophies that promote a non-hierarchical, non-bureaucratic society without private property in the means of production. Libertarian socialists believe in converting present-day private productive property into common or public goods, while retaining respect for personal property. Adherents of libertarian socialism assert that a society based on freedom and equality can be achieved through abolishing authoritarian institutions that control certain means of production and subordinate the majority to an owning class or political and economic elite.

A government of the People, by the People and for the People. A government where the power to govern is instilled in every individual in the form of a vote and that power is only lent to the government in measured amounts during periodic elections. A government that acknoleges that all men are created equal and have certain unalienable rights. These rights come directly from the Creator and are not granted by any government. The government has only such rights as the people grant it. And those can be taken back if the people so desire.

Of course if you don't understand all that just look for a country that has millions of people from other countries trying to get into it. That's a pretty good clue.

A small government that respects the Constitution and doesn't intrude upon our daily lives. A government that knows that its mandate is to protect our borders, provide roads and a police force, maybe an FDA and that's just about it.

The future of intelligence is civilocity, a neologism defined as a form of government where we get to watch the leader of our country for the entire time anybody ever leads our country. Imagine that intelligence community. Power to the people!!!
