Your question may need rephrasing but if I assume correctly, you're asking if a man can marry his dead wifes' sister? Being from Fiji, and having seen it happen before, I would have to say yes, its legal. It is not 'required' as times have changed and culture has adapted. But there is nothing witholding a man from doing so. It maybe a little wierd but people get over it...or so it seems.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand your question. If you're asking if it's legal to marry your widowed sister, my answer would have to be "No!" It's surely not legal to do something like that.
