You need to scan your computer with an Trojan Horse/Remover scanner. Keyloggers fall in to the category of Trojan Horses. There are 2 excellent free programs, AVG Anti Spyware (previously called Ewido Anti Malware) and A squared. Here are the download links:
1. AVG Anti Spyware (http://www.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-products/lng/us/tpl/tpl01?prd=asw)
2. A Squared (http://www.emsisoft.fr/en/software/free/)
You can choose to use one or both programs - just be sure to only scan one at a time. After installation, be sure to update them and then run a scan. Both programs are very good at scanning for Trojan Horses and some forms of spyware. Most antivirus programs can also detect some forms of Trojan Horses. At the very least, you should have an antivirus, anti spyware and firewall program installed on your computer. If you need some recommendations, just drop me an email.

run anti spyware programs and check your list of installed programs for any funny looking programs that may be keyloggers, Make sure your keyboard is directly connected to ur PC and there is nothing connected between keyboard and PC port
if you really want to get rid of it, back up your files, reinstall windows and set your user with a password protected account so he can't install programs with out a admin password

You could use an anti-virus program or a spyware detector to find it, and a keylogger is a program.
