I did run out of room...anything that now comes in pushes 2 things out!! It happens after age 50...Sorry. What was the question again??

Yes, actually. I feel like I can't remember half the stuff I should be able to . I just remember useless bits of stuff and forget important stuff like Birthdays and names.

you have endless space, use as much as you can
if your head feels clogged, meditate, you may wipe away all of your thoughts from your head but they all stay safely stored in you subconscious mind
