Okay. mah grandaddy looks a hell of a lot like an orang-utan but that don't prove Jack sh it. I believe the good Lord created primates in my grandaddy's image and remember, He created my grandaddy, if you follow me. That, my friends, is a compliment to my family from on high. Very high.

I think that if there is a God, it created every thing through the processes of evolution and science. Its a much greater compliment to think that God could create some thing that takes its own course rather than simply popping things into existance.
There is infact a lot of evidence to support evolution, and like all scientific theorys evolution can be scrapped if a better idea comes along with more evidence to support it. There is no evidence to say that that everything was simply put there as it is. The Bible was written by people, people who were most definately not around at the supposed time of the creation, that is not evidence and would never hold up in the court of law. Also, if as people say you could never ever disprove creationism, it cant possably be considered a scientfic theory because it cannot be tested, examined, observed and explained.
There was a time when people believed in "spontainious generation". This was the idea that flys simply came into being in the presence of rotting meat. This was simply an idea put forwards becasue people couldn't explain it, but it was later disproved. They used to think that dew drops you find on the grass in the morning fell gently from the sky, and that oysters and clams would float up to the surface and catch them to create pearls. This is also wrong.
Its about time people started realising that creationism is the opium of the intelectualy challenged. Even the chatholics have accepted evolution and the theory of the big bang.

So isn't it time we open our eyes and put this 16th century, biggoted creationism idea in the garbage can?

I'll keep darwin and bung god in the can, has anyone ever found any scientific evidence of the existence of any god? No, no one has, as there isn't any, there is no god, there no gods of any kind, no demons, or devils. When the earth was new and still cooling, life developed, and evolved into all the life we see today, including us. We now have the science of genetics, and a chimp shares 98% of our DNA, even a deer shares 74% of our DNA. The many different forms that life has evolved into are wonderful, but they evolved, we evolved.

Nothing will ever enter a closed mind, only darkness can exist there. I have always believed tha you should question the things that you believe in the hardest, that way if they stand up then you have furthered your belief and if they fall then you know the truth. To shut your mind is to never know if what you believe is right or wrong.

Okay, stop being silly. This question doesn't deserve an obscene answer. I'd like to believe she's joking, but who knows?

I present you with the Omnipotence Paradox: can God create a rock so heavy that he himself could not lift it? If He could, then that would defy His own omnipotence; if He could not, it would prove he's not omnipotent. Even Steven Hawking's busted his ball with this one!

Yeah!! And while we're at it, let's throw Newton and Einstein in there as well!

And all modern medicine! Can't we all just pray and go back to a 30 year lifespan like we had 300 years ago? What's wrong with that anyway?

why dont we just get rid of all knowledge you are just to dumb to understand and to lazy to figure out? do you understand the chemical processes that are needed to break down food in the digestive system? then why the hell are we eatting? do you know the physics that make birds fly? then lets shoot them all down! they are breaking your rule!

I swear we really need to teach evolution in schools (or do a better job of it) so these people go away.
