I'm looking for the website that if you go to it a phone card will be donated to a soldier in Iraq.

I couldn't find a link on Seventeen.com, but the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) sends free phone cards to mililtary members who are hospitalized or currently deployed. It's a program called Operation Uplink - that may be the one Seventeen mentioned. They'll send one card every 60 days. If you want to request a card for a specific soldier, you can click here:
