This seller will not use PAYPAL, therefore I had to freakin mail a cashier's check.

The check arrived but they were not there to pick it up (I tracked it) and told me "I will maybe try to pick it up on Monday". Today is Saturday.

They told me they won't ship till the money is deposited". She told me she works 9-5 so who knows when that will be.

I don't want to leave a negative feedback because they will just leave me one eventhough I did my part as the buyer and sent the payment very quick.

I want revenge- what can I do?

make a complaint using square trading. I know its 3 strikes and your out for bad buyers so it could be the same for bad sellers too. Go to ebay Help and type in something like "item not sent" and see what links come up.

First off, if you wanted a fast transaction you should have checked to see if they accept PayPal or not... and yes, who in their right mind wouldn't... anyway, some folks are just different about this. As for revenge, just don't leave any feedback at all. You really can't leave negative feedback unless they never do ship your item. However, unless they didn't specify in the auction, they can take their sweeet time to ship anything (within reason).

Also, if it is a cashiers check, that's pretty much the same thing as CASH. So, really, they don't have to wait for anything to be deposited. If you had written a personal check, then yes, 7-10 days.

Meanwhile, just be patient.

The revenge as you are referring to is to open a dispute and report them to ebay and explain to them that you are not getting anywhere with the seller sending you the item even though you paid with a cashier's check, and they have had your check almost a week now.

To the answerer who said use PayPal next time, you can pay with PayPal and still have to go through a hassle to get your item sent when you report them. This is no guarantee either.

Open a dispute on Ebay. May not make the process go faster but will make the seller respond to Ebay and will alert Ebay about a potentially fraudulent seller.

Wait until they leave feedback then leave your feedback and/or contact the seller and tell them that you plan on leaving negative feedback unless you can get a date of delivery.

it is your accountability. reckoning on the reason of the return the supplier would desire to be stunning and refund you your transport besides. decrease than PayPal regulations, your transport fee to the supplier isn't a refundable value. So it fairly is as much as the supplier and the reason of the return and in the event that they prefer to circulate the extra mile for you.

Give them a bad review or create a new ebay account and bid for something expensive that they are selling then don't follow through with the purchase.. I know that would piss me off.

Don't buy from her anymore. Getting 'revenge' isn't going to help anything.
