If you mean running, I don't think any human can run that fast; I think the fastest is around a 4 minute mile. Humans aren't built to run that fast.

Michael Johnson ran 200 meters in 19.32 seconds at the 96 Olympics, which is a rate of 37.267 Km per hour, or 23.16 miles per hour. I guess that is somewhat close to 27 mph.

I dont think its inpossable because humans used to only be able to run 20 mph so we will get faster.
