what is the difference between hotel and restaurant. why five star restaurants are not available?

Because people stay in hotels but not restaurants the stars mean
how clean peaceful and luxurious the place is to stay but restaurants you just go eat and then leave but maybe one day we might 1-5 star restaurants.

Confusing question. You stay in a hotel, you eat in a restaurant. There are 5 star restaurants, it depends on who is doing the rating. Some people give 4 stars max, some 5. If you are asking how come there are no 5 star restaurants in hotels, there certainly are some in NYC and in San Francisco and I think in LA.
