The stores generally won't tell you when they come in for two reasons. !) they have to have them on the shelf the day the flier comes out saying they have the Wii. So they generally take the friday shipments of Wiis and don't shelve them until Sunday Morning.

The tuesday shipments are sometimes shelved by tuesday evening unless there is uncertainty about friday shipment in that case they wait until Sunday.

So If you go tommorrow go before opening like an hour before.

Also if you wait until mid march the Wiis will be shipped in large enough numbers to fill all the stores for a while.

Target and Walmart are the best bet for the Wii.

I know this website where you can get a nintendo wii. It tells you when it will be available in your area and when it will be in stock. I recently got one from here and it was extremely good.!

Also try eb games or gamestop. I hear they might be getting some Nintendo Wii's on either Monday or Tuesday.

Hiya,

you can purchase a Nintendo Wii thru any trusted 3rd party seller directly at Amazon. They have good feedback, deliver on time, mostly are merchants themselves simply and Amazon operates as the platform, in fact the purchase is processed directly via Amazon as you would usually buy from them.

You might check it out at

http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2FNintendo-LU502934445-Wii%2Fdp%2FB0009VXBAQ%2Fsr%3D8-1%2Fqid%3D1166291892%3Fie%3DUTF8%26s%3Dvideogames&tag=advertiwillbe-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=9325

and then click on "See all buying options" at the right.

This is actually currently the best choice to get your hands on a Wii at all - without any hassles.

You might also try out ebay:

or Ebay express where only selected and trusted merchants are accepted:

Hope that helps.

Best wishes
Mike

You could try adding your email to a notification service that checks for Wii stock automatically

http://www.nimisis.com/notifications/wii_us.php (US version)

http://www.nimisis.com/notifications/wii_uk.php (UK version)
