Create a graph that shows the omitted ingredients on the X axis. The Y axis needs to be something that you look for each time you bake the cookies. How are you judging the results? Cookie size? Flatness? I see your problem; you have many variables. Maybe you could simply judge the cookies on a taste scale from 1-10. With each item you omit you will have to judge the cookie based on the overall taste or appearance of the cookie. That way you could have the omitted ingredient on the X axis and either taste or appearance on the Y axis. Maybe you could create 2 graphs to show the results for both taste and appearance.

Hope this helps.

Excel and Word also have some good, easy to use graphing. You might also make a table with each ingredient listed, then the effect it caused.

You could use a bar graph or a pie graph. This feature is available in PowerPoint and is really easy to use. If you have problems, you could always go to www.microsoft.com and they can help you out.. :-)

As for those cookies, did you try them out? Cause it sounds as if you have no cookies left with the ingrdients you omitted. :-)

good luck!
