The oldest age I personally would have a baby is the age I am right now. Im 30 and having our last child. I had my first at 20 which was so much better. This pregnancy (my 4th) and my last have been so hard . I have always said, no more after 30 and I dont think I would even try it. Im in shape, healthy, etc, but at 30 its just toomuch for my body. My first 2 babies were very easy. Now Im having problems with preterm labor with this one and the last, on top of other problems. Maybe some people can handle it after 30 but I wouldnt want to.

I wouldn't have a child after 25. I am 22 and have a 2 year old, I might have 1 more baby- but it would be soon if I do. I am planning to actually have a life at some point. (Yes, I ADORE my son, but I did have a baby young, and I would like to catch up on some things I missed while I'm still "young")

my mom was 39 when she had my baby sister and she loves it. st times it can be hard on her because she is a single parent but she loves the fact that she has somone at home with her and to keep her busy. and my sister loves that she has mommy all to herself!! she's almost 8 now and my brother and I are much older than her. I'm 23 and my brother is 24. Having older siblins is a plus as well i think because the youngest always wants to learn from them and it has seemed to make my sister SUPER smart. she's in 1st grade and she's 7 but they wanted to bump her to 2nd at the begining of the year bcause she was so much more advanced than the other children. I would say 40 is the limit i would ever have one.

My mom had me at 40 (I'm the youngest of 2 girls) and I'm currently 23 and expecting my first. Growing up, I had to deal with a lot of my mom's health problems. While she never complained, I constantly felt obligated to help her out since my older sister wouldn't (or maybe just didn't care). I've had to live much of my life trying to please my mother and it can be incredibly frustrating at times. While I don't consider her selfish for having me at the age she did, I do sometimes wish I could have things as easy as my friends, whose parents are about 20 years younger than my mom. That being said, I'd stop having kids in my mid 30's.

I know a women who got pregnent at 48 without even trying. had the baby at 49. Baby was healthy, none of the problems that often happen with older women. Most older women don't have it so easy though, medical introvention can make it possible for a 60 year old women to have a baby, of course that doesn't mean she should.

I'm 24 and I'm done but anytime after 35, the doctors consider hgh risk and keep a close eye on both mother and baby throughout the entire pregnancy...

i am thinking 35. But it all depends on when i start. I am almost 25 now, and i want 4 kids. But i do not want to be to old because i want to be young when my kids are growing up. My mothers friend is in her 50's and just had twins and i think that is crazy and not fair to the kids. think about it when they are 20 you would be 70.. thats my grandpas age.
