how do you download the things off of that website?! it is so confusing! Will someone explain it to me please?

When you see something on the site you want,(movie, application, game etc) you click on it and it will then take you to the relevant site where it is posted.
On this site you will see download link/links for what you searched for, highlight the link then copy and paste it into your address bar and you will then be taken to another site where the file is hosted i:e rapidshare, megaupload etc. Normally these sites have two options Free download or Premium download, if you choose the free download you will normally have to wait between 10 sec and a minute before you can download it, the Premium is if you have paid a subscribtion.
After the wait just save the file toy your computer.
