Laptop for programming?

What screen size is best suited for programming purpose (i.e java, .NET, VB, VC)?
Choices are
a) 15.4
b) 14.1
c) 12.1

Screen size is a matter of convienience and has nothing to do with programming. ANY size screen will work for programming. (I've been doing it for 25+ years!)

Personally, I would get the largest monitor that fits into my budget - none of the choices above are good enough for me.
