time and its making me insecure. i want to stop my jealousy that is tearing us apart

johnny i really dont know if its jealously or just my insecurity, ive lost my confidence I use to be a party animal now i go to work 6 days a week and stay in thinking all the time
i know i need to start going out again

My partner is also a doorman and I know what you mean, but i can honestly tell you that your boyfriend (while he may be getting chatted up) would not go near any of the girls that chat him up...why because these girls are drunk falling out of the bar/club and doormen watch this everynite and believe me they do not think its attractive one bit, its actually a turn off. He may enjoy the compliments but sure why not its a confidence booster I'm sure you like receiving compliments when ur out doesn't mean ur going to start an affair with the person that said it to u. So just keep on trusting him cause at the end of the night it is you who he comes home to.

I don't blame you I would have a problem to.One thing I no you are doing wrong is trusting him never but never trust a man to do the right thing because he will let you down every time.Any man that has a chance to cheat will and your man could go home with a woman have sex with her and still get home with in an hour telling you he was talking to the boss or he ran into an old friend he hasn't seen in awhile. Tell me he hasn't come home with a story like that.

i was married to a doorman and i got to admit it is a nightmare they are always hit on by other women no matter what they look like ect its just a doorman thing, but if he comes home to you after work on time then there is nothing going on, because doorman do not cheat in working hours on the door? they don't like showing a soft side that they love. i hope that helps you with your insecurity flower

the job you guy has drives you crazy, because a lot of girls go to the club, so there is not much you can do, except find a guy with other job, but women are in every job so, sorry, you have no choice, but to trust the man you are with.

You can't be jealous and trust him at the same time. Admit it, you don't trust him. Talk to him about it, tell him it makes you feel insecure and ask for his reassurrance. Do not imply that he is cheating on you. Unless you know he is, accusing him of it may drive him to it.

Don't worry no special lady will care to get together with a doorman they just want to get in the club faster and will tease him just to get in faster

my husband used to be a doorman years ago, he said he had to be friendly, as its part of the job, just like wearing a different hat, then taking it off when he went home, but thats all it was about, i hope that helps

Jealousy is a pointless emotion. If you can't shake it then dump him. It will eat you up and may lead to you hurting someone, including yourself.
