you need to get to the weight room and doing more leg workouts because your legs sound really weak. try shooting with a weight ball and really bend your legs then explode so that you work your legs. And when you jump make sure you get a running start and draw your legs back and then explode up.

calfs calfs calfs. you find a bench. put your right foot up while the left is on the ground. you push up with your right foot and jump as high as you can. in midair switch your leggs. then you land opposite of how you started and do it again. do sets of twenty until your leggs wont move. write me back when you start posterizing in notime.

I'm 5' 7" and can dunk 2 handed...all i do is calf raises and frequently walk on my toes

work on your explosiveness alot o plyometric workouts box jumps jump sqauts and alot of calf work

try to play and work wearing ankle weights.
