Thinking about going here, and was wondering if anyone coudl tell me what about their stay. and what if anything to do when we got there. It is my understanding that you have to go through some pretty run down parts b4 you get to the resort

I haven't yet stayed here, but will say I have sold it to a few clients since it opened and have had some great luck with it! Riu properties in general though, I love them. They are one of those few chains that I just don't get complaints for.

I would have to say, great choice. Sorry I am unable to give you personal experience though.

I strongly recommend going through an agent, that way if you do run through any issues you have a go-to person instead of an 800 # waiting for the next avail. rep. In fact many times agents can get better pricing. Online sites undercut agencies for so long to make consumers believe online is always cheaper. I have proved several times, that is no longer the case.

Have a Great Time!

If you are going on a package deal transportation is included and it's safe.
I ended getting sick at the Baha Principe and was in the hospital for 3 days. I had to take a taxi back to the resort - which is very close to the Riu - and it was fine.
I love the Riu they have the best resorts.
I am going to the new one in Aruba in the summer.
Enjoy!!!

If you tell them what you like and your budget they will plan the perfect trip for you.Best of all if you use there service to book your trip there service is free b/c the fee is paid by the hotel or resort.
